A: Yes, all our products are 100% original and authentic. We source them directly from the official brand owners or their headquarters, ensuring that every item you receive is genuine and of the highest quality.

Q: Do your products have expiry dates?

A: Yes, expiry dates are clearly stated on the packaging. Please check before use.

Q: Can I use this product if I have medical conditions or allergies?

2. Orders & Payments

Q. What payments method do we accept?

A: We accept cash/credit card at our shop for self-pickup orders and PayNow, Bank Transfer for online purchases.

Q. I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

A. Please check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact us at 6291 4300 and we will assist you.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Our standard delivery takes 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

Q: How much is the shipping fee?

A: 

  • Free delivery for orders above $100.

  • $10 flat rate for standard delivery below $100.

  • $15 flat rate for same-day delivery (order must be placed by 3:00 PM).

Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?

A: Yes! Same-day delivery is available at a flat rate of $15, but you must place your order before 3:00 PM (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered the next working day.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Please contact us if you’d like to make a special arrangement.

 

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

4. Self Pickup

Q: Where can I collect my order?
A: You can collect your order at our shop: #03-52, Victoria St, Golden Landmark Shopping Centre Singapore 188061

Q: How long do I have to collect my order?
A: Please collect within 7 days of placing the order. After this period, your order may be cancelled.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Q: What is your return/refund policy?
A: Returns/refunds are accepted within 7 days if the item is unused, sealed and in its original packaging. 

Q: Can I exchange a product if I ordered the wrong one?
A: Yes, exchanges are possible within 7 days, subject to stock availability.
