Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Singapore only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Options & Fees

For online orders, we offer the following delivery options:

Standard Delivery (1–3 working days): $10
Same-Day Delivery: $15

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays.

Same-Day Delivery Cut-Off

Same-day delivery orders must be placed before 3:00 PM (SGT) on the same working day to qualify.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
Same-day delivery availability is subject to order confirmation and courier capacity.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully captured.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Delivery Tracking

Once your order has been fulfilled, a tracking link will be sent to you via email or SMS.
Please allow time for the courier to update tracking information.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

While we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, we will assist customers where possible.
